This headset is visually and functionally identical to the Plantronics CS50  If you do not have one of the Avaya Partner telephones, do not purchase THIS HEADSET. Range is up to 300 ft. from the base; the noise canceling microphone ideal in noisy environments; and it comes with headband and ear hook for versatile wearing styles, volume and mute controls are on the earpiece.

If you would like the ability to answer your telephone while you roam around the office you will need to add the Plantronics HL10 Lifter or purchase the Plantronics AWH-54+HL10 combo package.  The Plantronics HL10 is a mechanical device that sits on your telephone between the phones handset-receiver and your phones speaker. At the touch of a button the lifter actually takes the receiver off the hook (see picture) and answers the ringing line for you. NOT compatible with all phones (call for assistance)
