First bluetooth headset owned, and I love it. People I talk to have told me that they were unaware I was on a headset. Sound quality excellent on both ends. Have not needed to increase volume, although it is able to increase greater than my present setting. Got it for free after a $40 rebate. Makes calls by tapping the button on the earpiece, and then announcing the name of the person I want to call (in my phones address book). Paired with my LG-LX350 in just seconds. Phone vibrates slightly when receiving a call...just tap the earpiece to start talking to the caller. Was concerned about static, etc., because I have the first generation Bluetooth technology, but it has worked flawlessly while the phone was anywhere in the room/car. Would highly recommend. Only thing I do not care for is the flashing blue light every 3 seconds....draws attention from passersby.
